1. Warranty Coverage

Plauna provides a comprehensive warranty on all saunas manufactured by us. Our standard warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of installation.

2. What Is Covered

The warranty covers structural integrity of the sauna cabin, defects in wood materials sourced from Subcarpathian forests, manufacturing defects in joinery and assembly, and hardware and fittings supplied by Plauna.

3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper installation or use, modifications made by anyone other than Plauna, damage from extreme environmental conditions or natural disasters, and electrical components (covered separately by manufacturer warranty).

4. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your purchase details and photographic evidence of the defect. We will assess the claim and arrange for repair or replacement as appropriate. All warranty work must be authorized by Plauna before proceeding.

5. Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty validity, the sauna must be properly maintained according to our care instructions. This includes regular cleaning, proper ventilation, and periodic treatment of wood surfaces as recommended.
