Plauna manufactures and sells premium saunas crafted from Polish wood. All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Quotes and Orders
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing and specifications will be confirmed before manufacturing begins. Custom orders may require a deposit.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Plauna (Majorek Małek Sp. jawna) and is protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
Plauna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
